Web Project Management
To manage a web project.
First, we have to set our objective and define what is our website about.
Second, plan how to archive our objective.
Third, consider about our budget. (Manpower, cost)
Fourth, estimate time to deliver our project.
How to Manage Time and Work Effectively?
1. Use Milestones
Milestones are short term achievements that help us evaluate progress towards our main objective. with milestones, we can always know where the project is standing.
2. Prioritization
Too many tasks, limited time and bad efficiency can be solved. But we need to make priorities! Effective way to proritize is based on project/task value. When faced with two tasks at once, we have to see which task is more profitable? When there are time limits, take the task that is more urgent to complete.
3. Working Environment
Make sure our team have best working conditions possible. Another important thing is to eliminate distractions: disturbing phone calls, instant messengers and noise are not part of effective working environment.
Summary:

Learn how to communicate with your team.

By using blog, we can share everything with others. It up to our creativity and the function provided to create a blog belong to us.
